In 2022, we purchased a rental villa in San Pedro, Belize.

Drawing on my years of experience, I opted to fly down on a Monday, furnish the entire home in 3 days, and fly back to Phoenix on Friday.

...Things did not go as smoothly as I had hoped!

Limited selections on an island in a developing country threw me some unexpected curve balls, but I learned from the experience and am now better equipped to help other short-term rental homeowners!
