This is a common dilemma for short-term rental owners - it can certainly be overwhelming!

From 2008 to 2014, I owned a Vacation Home Furnishing Service in Phoenix, Arizona, called "Argent Decor". I offered a turn-key service that included furniture, electronics, linens, decor, and kitchenware, so when my clients (or their guests) arrived, the home was 100% stocked with brand-new goods, ready to be enjoyed!

In 2022, we purchased a rental villa in San Pedro, Belize.

Drawing on my years of experience, I opted to fly down on a Monday, furnish the entire home in 3 days, and fly back to Phoenix on Friday.

...Things did not go as smoothly as I had hoped!

Limited selections on an island in a developing country threw me some unexpected curveballs, but I learned from the experience and am now better equipped to help other short-term rental homeowners!

This photo was taken by our previous property management company - I am very displeased with the lack of attention to detail on pillow placement (including outdoor pillows placed inside), stray chairs, etc - please rest assured that on my installs, items will be perfectly placed for professional photographs!

Now that I live in San Pedro, Belize, full-time, I am available to design, coordinate delivery, and install all items into your vacation home rental here on Ambergris Caye - down to the last spoon!
